1. Eligibility

• You retain ownership of content and documents you upload, but you grant Lexikon a limited license to use, store, transmit, and process such content as required to provide the services.
• You agree not to upload or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

5. Confidentiality

You may gain access to confidential information of Lexikon (including technology, processes, know-how, and business information). You agree to maintain confidentiality and not disclose or misuse such information.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.
• Introduce malicious code or engage in denial-of-service attacks.
• Use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful activities.

7. Third-Party Services

The Platform may link to third-party websites or services. Lexikon is not responsible for their availability, content, or your dealings with them.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Lexikon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to INR 100 (or equivalent in your local currency).

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lexikon, its directors, officers, and employees from any claims arising out of your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, without liability, if you breach these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at relevant jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

13. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance.
